• Valid until 31 October 2022 & surcharge only @THB 1,000 net per night for public holidays and stay between 1 November and 20 December 2022 to be paid upon check-in.
• Quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of 18.7% applicable service charge and prevailing government taxes combined.
• Priced for 1 room night for up to 2 guests
• Vouchers can be used for multi consecutive nights
• Non-refundable & non-redeemable for cash
• Not replaced when lost, damaged or stolen, and will be considered null and void if tampered
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, packages and We Travel Together campaigns
• Not valid for bookings under Thailand Pass; Test & Go and Sandbox program
To redeem voucher:
• Voucher number must be provided to hotel’s reservation as reference when booking a room and it is subject to room availability at time of making a reservation
• Upon check-in, this voucher must be presented to Front Desk. Failure to provide the voucher may result in the hotel’s refusal to permit the use of redemption.
• Applicable to AccorPlus and ALL loyalty program to collect points
• Pullman Phuket Arcadia’s cash vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with this offer
Room cancellation and no show:
• Cancellation or changes must be made at least 3 days prior to the date of arrival. After this time, the voucher will be considered null and void.
• In case of no show, the voucher will be considered null and void.
